Goa's best-known casinos are ships moored on the Mandovi river off Panaji, reached by feeder boat from jetties along Dayanand Bandodkar Marg. There are six offshore licences, three of them held by Delta Corp, which runs Deltin Royale and Deltin Jaqk; Big Daddy and Majestic Pride are among the others, and several hotels have smaller onshore casinos. The ships run 24 hours a day. You pay for an entry package that covers the boat, food and drinks, entertainment and a set value of playing chips. In October 2026, Deltin Royale listed packages at ₹4,400, ₹4,900 and ₹5,900, with a ladies' package at ₹2,900; Big Daddy listed ₹4,000, ₹5,000 and ₹6,000, with a daytime package at ₹3,000; and Deltin Jaqk started from ₹2,400. Prices rise sharply at Christmas and New Year. Gaming floors are restricted to guests aged 21 and over, a rule the Home Department formally notified in July 2026, and you need original photo ID to board. Tables include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and Indian games such as teen patti and andar bahar, and live shows start at about 9 pm.
