Ravindra Bhavan in Fatorda is South Goa's main performing-arts complex, inaugurated in July 2008 and run by a society under the state's Directorate of Art and Culture. Its 1,069-seat main hall is named after João Agostinho Fernandes, the 'Pai Tiatrist' who shaped Konkani tiatr, and tiatr still fills much of its calendar alongside drama competitions, classical music and school events. The complex also has a conference

For tiatr, look for the show title and troupe on the listing; popular productions add repeat shows through the season. The Margao Kadamba bus stand is about 1 km away, so shuttle buses from Panaji and Vasco work well for evening shows. Check the last bus back before you go in. Parking on site holds about 150 cars; on big nights arrive 30 minutes early or park near the stadium and walk.
