Things to do in Assagao
4 events in assagao across Goa — mostly food (4).
Assagao, between Mapusa and Anjuna, is Goa's restaurant village. Its tree-lined lanes of Portuguese-era houses hold some of the state's most-booked tables, cocktail bars, boutiques and yoga schools, and on weekends the Anjuna–Mapusa road through it moves slowly. Events are small and frequent: supper clubs, tasting menus, wine and feni evenings, pop-up markets, wellness workshops and live bands at the pubs around Badem junction. Residents have pushed back against late-night noise and traffic, so respect closing times and park where staff direct you. Mapusa is about 4 km away. There are few buses, so come by scooter or taxi.
