Things to do in Bambolim

Bambolim sits on the plateau along NH 66 between Panaji and the Zuari bridge. Goa Medical College is its landmark, and next to it is the Athletic Stadium built for the 2014 Lusofonia Games, which hosts athletics, football and occasional large ticketed shows. Down the slope, the Grand Hyatt on Bambolim Bay is one of the state's biggest conference and wedding hotels, with food festivals and New Year's Eve galas in its ballrooms and lawns. Goa University's campus is a few minutes away. Panaji–Margao and Panaji–Vasco buses stop at the college junction; allow extra time on the highway at peak hours and after events.
