Things to do in Siolim
1 events in siolim across Goa โ mostly food (1).
Siolim is a large village on the south bank of the Chapora river, about 7 km north-west of Mapusa, with one of Goa's best-known church squares in front of St Anthony's. Every 24 June the Sรฃo Joรฃo boat parade brings decorated floats and crowds in flower crowns to the creek near the church. The rest of the year Siolim is a base for people who want to be near Anjuna, Vagator and Morjim without staying on the beach, with riverside restaurants, bars with live music and DJ nights, cooking classes and homestays. The bridge to Chopdem links it with the Pernem beaches. Buses run from Mapusa.
