Festivals & Feasts in Goa

Goa's festival calendar runs back to back from November. Narkasur night on 7 November 2026 leads into Diwali on Sunday 8 November. IFFI fills Panaji from 20 to 28 November, Tripurari Poornima falls on 24 November, and Old Goa hosts the Feast of St Francis Xavier on Thursday 3 December. Panaji's church feast is on 8 December, the Serendipity Arts Festival runs from 13 to 20 December, and Christmas and New Year close the year. In 2027, the Feast of the Three Kings is on 6 January, Carnival runs from 6 to 9 February and Shigmo follows around Holi on 21 and 22 March. The monsoon has its own feasts, led by São João on 24 June and Bonderam on Divar island in August. This page lists festivals, feasts, parades and fairs across Goa.
