About International Centre Goa
The International Centre Goa is a conference and cultural campus on the Dona Paula plateau, founded in June 1987. It has several conference halls, outdoor lawns and a large car park, and it runs its own programme of lectures, book discussions, film screenings and music evenings alongside the conferences it hosts. Its best-known annual event is the Goa Arts and Literature Festival, which uses the Zuari, Mandovi and Abolim halls for readings, panels and performances by writers from Goa and across India. The 2026 edition was held here in February. Dates for 2027 had not been announced when we checked in October 2026; the festival has kept to an early-year slot.
