Serendipity Arts Festival 2026 in Panaji, Goa
The Serendipity Arts Festival returns to Panaji from Sunday 13 to Sunday 20 December 2026, billed by its organisers as eight days of exhibitions, performances and workshops. Run by the Serendipity Arts Foundation, it is one of the largest multidisciplinary arts festivals in South Asia and takes over heritage buildings, public squares and riverside grounds across the capital, with visual art, photography, craft, theatre, dance, music and culinary projects running in parallel from late morning to night. The 2026 venue list had not been published when we checked in October. In recent editions the festival has used the Old Goa Medical College building and the Art Park at Campal, Kala Academy, the Old Secretariat, Azad Maidan and, for its large music stage, the Nagalli Hills ground near Dona Paula. Entry has been free in past years with online registration, and some performances and workshops need separate booking; confirm the 2026 arrangements on the festival's website. Most venues are within a 20-minute walk of each other along the Mandovi, so the festival is best done on foot over two or three days. This page lists Serendipity programmes and related events as the schedule is released.
