About Naval Aviation Museum
The Naval Aviation Museum on the Bogmalo road, on the plateau beside Dabolim airport, was set up by the Indian Navy on 12 October 1998. An outdoor park displays retired naval aircraft that visitors can walk around, and an indoor gallery covers the history of the Navy's air arm with engines, weapons, uniforms and models. It is closed on Mondays; the museum's own pages give opening hours of roughly 10 am to 5 pm, so avoid arriving late in the afternoon. Entry is ₹100 for adults and ₹50 for children. It is a useful stop on the way to or from a Dabolim flight, and Bogmalo beach is a few minutes further down the road.
